Which way is the judiciary going ?

In the name of the judge’s discretion, Chandrababu Naidu is put on remand and he might complete one month’s time in the Rajahmundry jail. They say the amount involved in the skill scam is 371 crore and now they say it is just 27 crore.

Jagan the CM of AP whose name is linked to around 42000 crore is on bail for the last 10 years. Some things were proved against Jagan a long time ago.

Avinahs Reddy one of the accused in the Vivekananda murder case is also on bail and gaining time one way or the other. But the LOP Chandrababu is unable to get the bail.

The issue is getting postponed from time to time. There is no FIR, Governor’s permission was not sought, There are many reasons for getting the bail, but the judges gave an opportunity to the CID to put the LOP in Jail.

The CID says they are gathering the evidence, how long will take when will justice prevail for the TDP Chief is the question? There is no money trail in this case at all.

Some judges have escaped by saying not before me. This will become a classic case where justice is getting delayed. On the other side of the coin, Chandrababu is getting a lot of sympathy from the Telugu people across the country and also in foreign countries.

The BJP and PM Modi are being blamed for this. People believe that Jagan could not have dared to arrest Babu, without taking the green signal from the BJP bosses.

If this becomes a precedent anybody can be taken into remand and put in jail in the name of further investigation. It could be for Jagan in the coming days.
