The second dose of Vaccine has become big suspense for the people who have already taken the first one. There are some PHCs who have given the first dose and they have not registered them.
People who have taken the first dose just like that at the PHCs do not know where to go for the second dose as they do not know how to register and where to go for the second dose.
Now the dose of the vaccine is only on registration. Some of them do not what they have taken for the first dose. The PHCs who have given the dose also do not have proper records.
Is it Covaccine or Covishield is question. People are returning from the PHCs as they have not registered. Some of them do not know how to enter Cowin.gov.in to get registered.
Some are confused with the gap for the second dose of vaccine. Some say 28 days, some others say 4 weeks, now there is talk that Government decided it as six weeks.
Even after undergoing all the formalities, there is no vaccine stock at the PHCs. The private hospitals do not have doses of vaccine as the CM KCR wanted to make it free for all and that too through the PHCs only.
The rural masses are under utter confusion. Instead of going for the registration, the Government must allow a simple system at the PHCs with the help of Aadhar and then get the vaccination done.
Even after getting registered on Cowin people are returning back as they don’t have vaccine stock at the PHCs.
