People in general are discussing the way justice is getting delayed for Nara Chandrababu Naidu the former CM of AP. They are also comparing it with the way the Present CM is managing things for remaining on bail on not attending the court.
They are talking about the way the law is progressing in the murder case of former MP Vivikeananda Reddy and the brother of YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
Chandrababu Naidu has been sulking the Rajahmundry jail for the last 35 days. The Man who was in AC as a CM and LOP is not under a fan facing skin rashes and dehydration.
The CBI is unable to prove the case against YSRC MP Avinash Reddy in the Viveka Murder case and he is on bail in the open. The CID is unable to provide evidence against Chandrababu, but he is in judicial custody at Rajahmundry jail.
YSRC is involved with these two cases. In both cases, justice is getting delayed due to political reasons. Jagan the CM of AP has been on Bail for the last ten years.
He has been evading the court in the name of CM and is on bail. The AP CID has been fixing Chandrababu in Jail with one case or the other and his Lokesh is also being implicated in the cases.
When there is enough evidence, and when there is no evidence, the courts are unable to make a decision and the man who is indirectly in the scene is Jaganmohan Reddy the CM of AP.
The BJP Government at the center is being held responsible in both cases. The people say that Modi has given a green signal to Jagan to put Babu behind bars.
Viveka’s case is getting delayed on the blessing of Modi and the culprits are enjoying Bail and the loopholes in the system. This was the case where a complaint was filed against a CBI officer.
The two cases are from Andhra Pradesh. Jagan Government is monitoring the two cases. One case is related to Jagan’s uncle and another case is related to a former CM.
One is no action being taken with the evidence and the other is Babu is being punished at the age of 74 for the last month.
