There are strong rumours of K Tarakarama Rao making a comeback into the cabinet. Especially with the Municipal elections coming around, most of the party leaders and workers are of the opinion that he must be a minister to go around.
There was a lot of development done under him when he was the Minister for IT and also Municipal administration.
MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi is also expecting KTR to join the cabinet again. But people are asking if Harish would get the place again. There is no talk on this account.
Sources in the TRS said that the cabinet could be expanded in two phases. One will be during the Dasara and the other will be after some time in January for Sankranthi. The ladies quota of the cabinet has to filled and some other sections of the society should also be included.
With Jubileehills on the top of the membership program, there is every chance that Maganti Gopinath from Kamma community could be included in the cabinet this time. There is a talk that KCR is giving a lot of prominence to the Reddy community.
Now he has to include other communities also to balance this factor.
There are some districts which do not have representation. Even that has to be taken into account. Gutta Sukendar Reddy, Sabitha Indrareddy are sure of joining the team. There could be two ladies in the cabinet.
Some rumours indicate that one or two of them could be dropped from the Ministry.
