The Hon'ble Governor of Telangana, Jharkhand, and Lt. Governor of Puducherry, Sri C.P. Radhakrishnan, graced the "Foundation Day celebrations of West Bengal State" at Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, today.
In his address, Sri C.P. Radhakrishnan lauded the longstanding coexistence and cultural symbiosis between the people of Telangana and West Bengal. He underscored the significant contributions of notable Bengali personalities Shri Aurobindo, Shri Ramakrishna Paramhamsa, Swami Vivekananda,Netaji Subhash Chandr Bose, Shri Shyam Prasad Mukharji in the field of Freedom moment, philosophy, Spirituality,National Integration.
The Governor also reflected on the historical significant contributions of Bengalnin sports too like in Soccer and other sports Representatives from Bengali associations expressed their delight at the celebration, noting that it fostered a strong sense of affinity and belonging.
