There are a large number of Holidays to the Banks in August. So just plan ahead for the transactions in the month of August keeping the holidays and second Saturday, Sunday in mind.
August 10nth Second Saturday
August 11nth Sunday
August 12th Bakrid
August 13-14nth the banks are open
August 15nth holiday for Independence day
So in the second week, you have only 2 working days in August.
People in Telugu states may plan accordingly. The banking is somewhat not feasible in the second week of August. These days the Nationalised banks a lot of time for completing transactions. One has to spend at least half a day for doing some transactions. So it is better to plan ahead in the month of August.
