Krish Jagarlamudi the director who became popular with Gautami Putra Sathakarni of Balakrishna is in news ever since he has taken up this biopic of late legendary actor NTR who was also the CM of AP. He is Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao.
Krish took the movie from Teja who could not get adjusted with the demands of Balakrishna while shooting for NTR. Teja was forced to leave the movie and now the NTR was given to Kirsh Jagarlamudi.
It is reported that in a rage Balakrishna slapped Kirsh while they were working for Gautami Putra and later they patched up. Now they are very close after the super duper hit of that movie. Balakrishna is doing 64 roles in this movie.
Teja earlier in an interview said that working with big stars is an issue and that they throw tantrums and harass the director.
Now it is the same for Krish also, but he is able to go forward. People like Ramoji Rao have visited the sets of NTR in Ramoji Film city. The shooting is going on and its Ok now.
But the other biopic that is on YSR is facing some controversy now. They say that the movie is not useful for YSRC and Jagan at all. It will remind us of the late YSR the CM of AP and it may not fetch any votes for the Jagan party.
The whole idea behind the project was gaining sympathy for YSRC. But the movie is shaping in such a fashion that it just reminds of YSR and that may not of much use to Jagan.
So both the biopics of NTR and YSR are not going ahead properly. It has to be seen how NTR would serve the purpose of TDP and Chandrababu Naidu. If Babu is depicted as a hero then people may not digest that.
