The image of KCR is intact with the people of Telangana. They did not vote against KCR. They voted against the MLAs who underperformed and were involved in corrupt practices.
KTR stated that BRS had the need to change the sitting MLA candidates to counter the anti-incumbency and not doing so has cost them heavily in many seats. KTR regretted not taking the necessary measures to overcome the anti-incumbency.
There are rumours that KTR in fact advised KCR to change 40 sitting MLAs but the BRS boss was ignorant which eventually led to his downfall.
KTR said BRS will not repeat this mistake in the 2024 MP elections and confirmed that only worthy candidates will be given parliamentary tickets.
Meanwhile, KCR is planning to come to the party office to work for the coming parliament elections. He might contest for the parliament also they say.
KTR on the other hand is coming to BRS bhavan for reviews daily. Lunch is being cooked for hundreds of people here at the party office.
