Expressing unhappiness over the tardy progress of the Murder case of Ex-MP Vivekananda Reddy, the Supreme Court directed that the investigation be completed and the case is brought to a logical conclusion at the earliest.

The CBI filed an affidavit, agreeing with the contention of Sunitha that the Andhra Pradesh police had colluded with the accused in her father’s murder case and were intimidating the investigating officers by filing private cases against them.

Now the case has been shifted to Karnataka.

Sunitha told the Supreme Court earlier that she had lost faith in the ongoing investigation by the CBI into her father’s murder case in Andhra Pradesh.

Since there is no security for the CBI officials probing the murder case, it is better for the investigation to be entrusted to the CBI court in other states, supervised by the high court there.

Dastagir the driver of Vivekananda has turned the approver in the murder case and announced that if anything happens to him it would be the responsibility of Jagan the CM of AP.

Dastagir is apprehensive that he would be eliminated by the culprits to erase the evidence in the case.
