The supreme court has shifted the Viveka Murder case to Telangana. The case was shifted to Telangana to see that the evidence is not tampered. This was done at the request of the daughter of the deceased Vivekananda Reddy the brother of YSR who was an MP.

Now the driver Dasatagiri has turned approver in the case and it is cause for concern to the accused Avinahs the Reddy the YSRC MP. The CBI will probe the case from Hyderabad as the base.

Supreme court has ordered that all the files pertaining to this case must be handed over to the CBI court in Hyderabad. The bench headed by Justice MR Shah opined that justice must be done in this case and no evidence should get tampered with in the process.

Some persons pertaining to the case have already been eliminated. Sharmila the sister of Jagan the CM has also given evidence to this case in front of the CBI, stating that Viveka her uncle was eliminated as he was demanding the MP seat and opposed Avinash Reddy.

There are rumors that CM Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy the MP have been crawling on their knees before the Home Minister Shah and PM Modi to get out of the cases and also see that the bail is not withdrawn by the court.

As far as the case is concerned the people of the Telugu states know who is behind the case, but the court seeks hard evidence to be presented before the court of Law.

Many of them have made open charges that the CBI was dragging its feet on the case and that the BJP was trying to shield Jagan Mohan Reddy for his support in the parliament.

It has to be seen if the truth will come out or not.
