One of the family members of Jaganmohan reddy, the CM of AP has started a real estate venture called Villasam in Vishakapatnam. There are rumours that Jagan will start ruling the state from Visakhapatnam from this Dasara.
This is said to be at the suggestion of Swaroopanandendra Swamy of Sarada Peetam. The TDP leaders allege that there is a lot of real estate interest in Vizag for the family members of Jagan aided by Vijaysai Reddy the RS member of YSRC.
Taking the court strictures into account Jagan will not announce anything officially, but he will rule the state from Vizag. The CM as per law can rule from any part of the state.
There are allegations that the YSRC leaders have occupied lands in a big way in Vishakapatnam. They are trying to poke their nose into the lands of Rama Naidu studios which are under the control of Suresh Productions with Suresh Babu.
Jagan is having a lot of interest in real estate, in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and now Visakhapatnam.
But right now the YSRC and Jagan are losing credibility in the state of AP, but people who are enjoying the welfare schemes are with Jagan. While the ED cases and other cases are chasing Jagan on one side, he is expanding the business on the other side.
