The Puncha or dhoti being used by Union Minister Venkaiah has become a point of discussion at National level. The issue was raked up by CPI leader Narayana. He chided at Venkaiah saying that there was nothing in the puncha and it did not do anything for the AP.
But Venkaiah shot back saying that even after representing Karnataka, he out of way fought for the cause of AP. He said that centre was giving 2 lakh crore for AP which was better than the special status.
He chided at Pawan Kalyan saying that if the Union Ministers do not know anything, let the people solve the issues he said. People who do not have strength on their own talk what ever they want he ridiculed. He also added that people who are close to the reality will know the intensity. He gave the example of Telangana agitation and the ground reality here.
People are talking what about they want he said. He however said that as Venkaiah and not as central minister he was prepared to learn more from these people if it was for the betterment of the public in general.
At the same time congress leader Undavalli said that Venkaiah was misleading the people of the state. He wanted Venkaiah to clarify as what was in the special status actually.
