The fans love the re-entry of Pawan Kalyan into movies. His entry scene as a shabby drunkard witnessed whistles and screams in the theatres.
Pawan Kalyan gave a decent performance as an aggressive advocate. Prakash Raj excels in the role as Nanda Gopal. He is perfect as the lawyer opposite Pawan Kalyan. Shruti Haasan is limited to the flashback part.
Vakeel Saab is a direct remake of Hindi Pink which was done by the Big B Amitabh. The script needed no changes except to add the scenes to enhance the Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan’s stardom.
The director Venu Sriram chose to use the same dialogues, expressions, and gestures in most of the scenes.
The director has tried to project Pawan as a mass leader of the people.
Pawan Kalyan speaks the Telangana dialect throughout the film, except in few court scenes where the argument deepens. He was not Ok with the Telangana dialect.
Maguva Maguva song is impressive and shot well.
Being a Pawan Kalyan’s movie, that too when it is coming after a gap of three years, it will pull the fans to theatres.
