Vaikuntha Ekadasi Dwara Darshanam will be opened for devotees for ten days as in the case of previous years from January 2 to 11 in 2023. TTD will issue 25 thousand Rs.300 SED tickets online for each day during these ten days while 50 thousand SSD tokens on each day during Vaikuntha Dwara Darshanam.
In total 2.50lakhs of SED tickets and 5lakhs of SSD tokens will be issued to devotees.
TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy said on Thursday that the Break Darshan timings have been changed with the objective of providing early Srivari Darshan for common devotees waiting overnight in the compartments.
Speaking to the media in front of Srivari temple the Chairman said from , December 01 onwards the VIP Break Darshan has been shifted to 8.00 am in the morning and almost 8000 common devotees had Srivari Darshan in the slot vacant in the morning between 6am and 7.30am.
He said the VIP Break Darshan timings have been altered on an experimental basis and the same will be reviewed after a month. The shifting of Break Darshan has provided two to three hours slot benefitting nearly 15,000 devotees.
Secondly, he said henceforth the break Darshan devotees could travel to Tirumala during the time for Darshan which will reduce pressure on accommodation at Tirumala. TTD took lead in Hindu Dharma Pracharam in SC, ST, BC and fishermen regions and built 502 SV temples in the first phase.
TTD intends to speed up temple building activity with Srivani trust funds in coordination with Samarasata Seva foundation one hand and the state endowments department and district administration will also take up the works parallely. All the temples will be completed in a phased manner.
