US secretary of state Mike Pompeo urged Pakistan to take action against those responsible for the 2008 Mumbai attacks popular as 26/11. On the other hand, Washington offered a new reward of USD 5 million for helping secure their capture.
Today is the 10nth anniversary of the 26/11 assault in which 166 people were killed and hundreds were injured. The terrorist from Pakistan unleashed a wave of violence across India’s financial hub Mumbai. The violence lasted for 3 days.
Even after 10 years, the planners of the violence were still not convicted.US secretary said that perpetrators were still at large even after 10 years and that the Pakistan government must look into this issue.
