The Chief Election Commissioner has announced that the election results of UP will be announced on March tenth. This will decide the fate of India. Four hundred and three seats of the Assembly in UP will go for Polls.
Five states will go for the polls in different phases from February tenth. The elections will be held in seven phases. UP, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur will go for polls. The results of all the states will be announced on March tenth.
It is a litmus test for the BJP. It could be very difficult for BJP in Punjab.
Many surveys indicate that the BJP will get the majority in UP but not like the last time where they crossed three hundred seats. The BJP will be in power in the country for the next tenure also.
There is opposition in the country, but Congress is nowhere. Prashanth Kishore who was supposed to drive the Congress has dropped it like a hot potato.
Mamata is happy with her state and she is indirectly supporting Modi. This makes it easy for the BJP in the next elections.
