Uddhav Thackerey the CM of Maharashtra is rushing to Supreme Court to save his post against the floor test. He has no numbers to prove and wants to get the floor test called by the Governor to be postponed for the time being.

Singhvi the advocate has moved the court with the Anti floor test plea. The Uddhav Sena calls the floor test an illegal move by the Governor which is against the constitution.

There is a talk that Uddhav and Raut want to lure the rebel MLAs back into the fold. Uddhav has to get some orders in his favour till eleven AM on Thursday.

Raut says that the floor test order by the Governor is unlawful. He also condemned that the Governor is belittling the constitution. Raut also alleged that there could be pressure on the Governor from the vested interests.

Both BJP and Rebel leaders are putting up an aggressive posture against Uddhav.

The BJP under Fadnavis is planning to meet this afternoon to chalk out the future course of action. Home Minister Shah and BJP Chief Nadda have already given a blueprint to Fadnavis over the issue.

Fadnavis can form the government as the leader of the single largest party in the Assembly.
