Uddhav Thackeray has taken oath as the first CM of the Thackeray family at Shivaji park today amidst a galaxy of politicians, VIPs and celebrities. He took oath at about 6.45 and there was the sound of crackers here at the stadium.
Devendra Fadnavis the former CM was also present at the swearing-in. The Governor administered the oath of secrecy. Uddhav came for the swearing-in a saffron long kurta. Sharad Pawar was also present on the stage.
All of them bowed before the Shivaji bust and then remembered Bala Saheb Thackeray while taking the oath. RIL Mukesh Ambani was also present here on the stage.
The Bugle was sounded when the CM and cabinet ministers took the oath.
