Around two lakh crore will be spent for the development of road infrastructure here in Telangana said the Union Minister Gadkari. He was speaking here in Warangal along with PM Modi and Union Minister Kishan Reddy.
With the development of Highways imports and exports would develop in a big way he said. The highways are being laid at International standards he said.
9 more packages of Highways are in the pipeline he stated. NH 563 which is 68 kilometers, another highway of 168 kilometers, rail wagon manufacturing foundation has been laid by PM Modi on virtual mode from this dias.
MMTS from Hyderabad to Yadadri is also being done under these projects. The wagon factor will give around 3OOO jobs in Hanumakonda. Governor Tamilisai was also present here for the program.
Around 3OOO kilometres of road network is being worked out the Union Minister said. This meeting is being done as part of Vijaysankalp sabha to review the achievement of 9 years of Modi Governance.
The state Government has boycotted the meeting. Government officials welcomed Modi at the arrival point. The CS and DGP were there and no ministers participated.
The public came in large numbers for the meeting under the leadership of Kishan Reddy. Bandi Sanjay the MP was also present in the meeting.
