TTD, Yadadri Temples closed today

The temple of Lord Venkateswara at TTD will remain closed for nearly 12 hours on October 25 and November 8 due to solar and lunar eclipses respectively.

The Darshan will begin for the Sarvadarshan that is the free darshan people in the evening at seven PM it is learnt.

Apart from the hill shrine, nearly 60 other temples administered by the TTD across the country will close down for pilgrim worship on October 25 due to the “Surya Grahan” that is solar eclipse and again for a similar duration on November 8th due to the “Chandra Grahan” that is lunar eclipse.

Even Yadagiri Gutta is being closed for Grahanam. The TTD has also appealed to senior citizens, differently-abled people, individuals with chronic diseases, and parents of infants to plan their visit after the Grahanam.

“They should come with preparedness to wait for long hours in the compartments and queue lines till their turn for darshan,” it said adding that pilgrims will be allowed for darshan only in their specified time slots.
