The TTD board today has decided that it would construction a Temple here in Mumbai. The cost outlay of the Temple would be Rs 30 crore. The TTD has built a temple in Jubilee Hills of Hyderabad.
Siddhi Vinayak Temple is very popular in Mumbai and the Ganesh Chaturthi is also celebrated in a big way apart from the Sobha yatra. Now we have to see how far Lord Venkateshwara is worshipped in Mumbai.
But the Pilgrims are coming in very few numbers to this Temple in Hyderabad.
The Temple was constructed in a magnificent manner but somehow the pilgrims are not getting attracted to this Temple located on a very high altitude.
On the other hand, the board has decided that they would build cottages down the hill at Tirupathi so that the pilgrims will stay and then go to the TTD just before the darshan timing. This is to reduce the rush on the hill shrine.
The cottages and hotels will be constructed in a big way. The idea is they would get the hair tonsured here and become fresh before proceeding to the TTD.
All the rush and Hungama on the Hill will get reduced to a maximum extent. The pilgrims will not be there on the Hill shrine for more than an hour. The pressure on the cottages will also come down to a larger extent.
