TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary, Tirupati SP Sri Subbarayudu, and CVSO Sri Sridhar discussed the security arrangements.
The review meeting on the security arrangements for the ensuing annual Brahmotsavams was held in Annamaiah Bhavan on Saturday evening attended by both TTD sleuths and the district cops.
The additional EO asked the top bosses from TTD and the Police to ensure that the devotees experience a hassle-free darshan and Vahana Sevas.
He said, keeping in view the past experience, necessary precautions to be taken not to repeat the same.
The Additional EO also instructed the concern to ensure that the food trolley reach the galleries on the day of Garuda Seva day. A security shall also be provided to avoid any sort of inconvenience.
Ad EO said TTD security and district police should coordinate with each other on regulating traffic, parking of vehicles and other aspects.
He also instructed to open an exclusive WhatsApp group with important officers to closely monitor the arrangements and activities during annual Brahmotsavams.
