TTD resumed issuing Divya Darshan tokens from Saturday onwards at Alipiri and Srivarimettu footpath routes on a trial basis.
At Alipiri footpath route, per day 10,000 tokens will be issued at Galigopuram and in the Srivarimettu footpath route, every day 5000 tokens willl be issued at the 1250th step.
The tokes will be issued to the devotees in person based on their Adhaar ID proof only.
It may be mentioned here that TTD stopped Divya Darshan tokens almost three years ago due to Covid Pandemic. Upon the request from devotees, TTD has resumed Divya Darshan tokens on an experimental basis.
The annual festival of Spring-Salakatla Vasanthotsavams will be observed in Tirumala from April 3 to 5.
This three-day festival will be observed in such a way that it concludes on the auspicious Chaitra Suddha Pournami.
Every day during these three days, Snapana Tirumanjanam will be observed between 2pm and 4pm at Vasanta Mandapam in a grand manner.
On the second day morning between 8am and 10am there will be a procession of the golden chariot.
In connection with this festival, TTD has cancelled Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva Arjita Brahmotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Sevas on these three days while on April 4, Astadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva also remains cancelled.
