The TTD has started selling he Laddu Prasada min Hyderabad at the Balaji Bhavan located at Liberty cross Roads. The laddu cost is Rs 25 per piece. The rate has been reduced by Rs 25 from Rs 50.
There is always a huge demand for Laddu prasadam. The brakes also sell Laddus in Blak at the TTD. But now the TTD board has decided that they will give laddus at al the counters across the country at rs 25 per piece so that the pilgrims will feel happy about it.
In some districts, the laddus are sold at the Kalyanamandapams. The sea of a lakh of Laddos will fetch around Rs 24lakhs for the TTD. It is one way of making the revenue while there is no income from the darshans due to Corona. The E hundi is collecting good amounts during the lockdown period.
Big lines of people were seen at the Balaji Bhavan for purchase of laddus. The TTD officials were suggesting he pilgrims follow physical distance rules and wear masks while coming to the Balaji Bhavan.
But there is also objections from the pilgrims that the Laddoo was being sold like seat in open at al the counters instead of treating it as prasadam.
