TTD is blocked for VVIPs for this evening. PM, Union Minister, Governor and Chief Minister of AP along with some VIPs will be in Tirumala today. PM is expected to have darshan of the Lord and blessing from the priests. PM will sit at Ranganayakulu mandapam for some time and meditate.
The security has been beefed up and the programs for the evening have been changed. The regular pilgrims will not have entry into the Balaji Temple until the PM leaves the TTD. Governor Narasimhan has already arrived and Chief Minister Jagan is expected to reach Tirumala by this evening.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be offering his prayers at Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam. The Temple authorities are making all out arrangements for the Prime Minister who is making his first visit to the TTD after taking over as the PM for the second time.
Governor Narasimhan and Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will be accompanying the Prime Minister for Darshan. Apart from that, the Union Minister of state for Home Kishan Reddy who has come to Hyderabad will also join the Prime Minister Modi apart from having darshan.
PM is scheduled for a meeting with a group of people at the Renigunta Airport it is reported. The Prime Minister is also expected to have talks here on Tirumala with the CM Jagan and also the BJP leaders separately.
Jagan, as usual, is expected to impress upon Modi and remind him of the special status promised to the state of AP earlier. Modi is expected to make some offering to the Lord Balaji by way of e Hundi it is learnt.
Apart from Jagan, some YSRCP leaders are also expected to join the Prime Minister during the visit. How far they would be cleared by the security has to be seen.
