YSRTC chief Sharmila and her mother Vijayamma are sitting on an indefinite fast near their house at Lotus Pond in Hyderabad. They are surrounded by police.
They have no other option but to continue the protest on the second day. Sharmila wants to continue her Padayatra which was stopped by the local TRS leaders and also the police.
She was arrested and released on bail. Now she is not allowed for Padayatra in the state of Telangana. PM Modi talked to her over the phone and we do not know if her brother and CM Jagan called on her.
Sharmila later tried to resume the yatra from the same place but the police denied permission citing a violation of the conditions laid down while granting permission earlier.
Sharmila has been making a scathing attack against the CM KCR in person and also against the Government. The TRS leaders warned that it will not be tolerated any further.
They even tried to torch the bus that she was traveling in. The police also dragged her car on the road while she was sitting in it. There was no reaction from Jagan whatsoever even after an inquiry by PM Modi.
At the same time, Sharmila the daughter of YSR is also a lady with guts and she is getting ready for the showdown. She wants to continue the padayatra at any cost.
