Has the chief Minister of Telangana done, what the BJP wanted? The political analysts said that it was too early for KCR to react like that, but some others thought it was correct to clarify at this point of time.

The Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao reminded Amit Shah that his reckless public speeches had cost the BJP heavily in the election to Delhi Assembly. He said TRS is yet to decide whom to support in the presidential elections. He complained that Amit Shah has uttered blatant lies.

The explosive press meet of KCR was watched by Amit Shah at Tourism Plaza which is very close to the chief minister’s residence in Begumpet. TSBJP chief Dr Laxman and National General Secretary of the party Muralidhar Rao were with him.

Later Amit Shah has reacted to KCR’s barbs when the former spoke at the BJP booth level workers meeting at Crystal Gardens in Mehdipatnam. The BJP president reiterated all his charges and claims with greater force.

The BJP leaders felt that Amit Shah and the BJP have got more mileage because of CM’s media conference. As a result of Amit Shah’s latest visit the bonhomie between the BJP and the TRS has ended it looks like. That was perhaps what the BJP wanted.

Why did KCR have to get into a dual with the second most powerful person in the country after the prime minister? Why did he have to ridicule the BJP chief by calling him ‘Bhramit Shah’ and saying that as far as he is concerned Telangana is the ‘Badshah?’

All said and done the local BJP leaders are very happy with the CMs reaction. They dont want the TRS to have an alliance with the BJP in the near future. They want to contest all alone. The CMs press meet has proved that he wants to severe ties with the BJP here. But he wants to be chummy with the PM Modi and praises his way of Governance.

There is a long way to go and in politics everything is possible. In the name of congress or to curtail the congress some other permutations and combinations may crop up in Telangana.
