The winter session of Telangana State Assembly and Council will commence from October 27.
The State government has sent a proposal to the TS Assembly Secretary after Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao gave his nod, and the ruling TRS has proposed for holding the session with at least 15-20 working days for a period of one month.
The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) will meet on October 26 to chalk out the schedule.
KCR wanted the officials to hold both the Assembly and the Council sessions concurrently and ensure discussion on issues including government initiatives as well as proposed bills in both the Houses.
He asked the officials to be prepared to issue answers and clarify the questions raised by the Opposition parties without fail.
