The disputed land belongs to the Hindus and 5 acres land will be given to the Muslims for building a Mosque. This was decided by the outgoing CJI. It has been established that the disputed land in Ayodhya belongs to Ram Temple. Ram was born at the disputed land. Now it is no more a disputed land. The entire land will go to the Hindus.
The Temple will be in the inner courtyard. Muslims could not prove that it belonged to the Masjid. There will be no more prayers at the disputed site. The Government will form the trust in 3 months and the construction will take place.
The suit by Sunni Wakf board was dismissed. Ram Lalla will get all the land and the temple will be constructed. The supreme court has disagreed with the findings of the Allahabad High court.
The decks have been cleared for the Ram Temple construction. The inner courtyard will be handed over to the trust.
