US President Donald Trump landed in trouble again after he put out a string of defamatory tweets against TV show host Mika Brzezinski.

In a series of tweets the President claimed he had been approached by the Morning Joe host, whom he called, “low IQ Crazy Mika,” at his Florida resort, “bleeding badly from a face-lift.” His comments were widely condemned.

When I met that man, I had a boyfriend, and he tried to become his friend to get my home telephone number,” she said. “He got my number and he would call me to invite me out.”

Asked about the women who had alleged Trump had sexually assaulted them, Hayek said she believed them.“When I told him I wouldn’t go out with him even if I didn’t have a boyfriend, which he took as disrespectful, he called — well, he wouldn’t say he called, but someone told the National Enquirer,” Hayek continued.

Brzezinski and her fiance Joe Scarborough wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post, claiming that the White House blackmailed them by threatening to ‘unmask’ the couple’s relationship in an article in the National Enquirer, a Trump-controlled tabloid.

As it turns out, practically the same experience was shared by actor Salma Hayek, reports media News.

Hayek, a vocal Hillary Clinton supporter, said that Donald Trump asked her out on a date back when she wasn’t well-known, and was dating another man. When she refused to go out with him, he put out an article against her in the National Enquirer.

“Someone told the National Enquirer — I’m not going to say who, because you know that whatever he wants to come out comes out in the National Enquirer. It said that he wouldn’t go out with me because I was too short,” she said.
