Minister for IT and Municipal administration is hopeful that the TRS would win around 100 Municipalities out of the 120. After returning from Davos with successful achievement of the business to the extent of around Rs 500 crore, KTR is happy that the TRS has done exceedingly well in the municipal elections.
KTR was in Davos during the last leg of the elections and also polling and the responsibility has been fixed on the local leaders and Ministers. K Chandrasekhar Rao the CM has warned the Ministers and lawmakers that the lose the positions if they take the Municipal elections easily.
The results are showing that the people are with TRS and the leaders have done well.
As of now, TRS is leading in majority of the seats. The counting is going on under 144 section and heavy bundobust. The liquor shops have been closed and there is no permission for the rallies here in the state after the results.
Both the Chief Minister KCR and TRS working President KTR are reviewing the results coming from the polling stations. The counting is going on in a peaceful manner. The results are coming one side for the TRS as expected.
The initial trends show that the KCR will be the winner.
