The Telangana Rashtra Samithi MPs today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and urged him for the allocation of land for the party office in Delhi.
It may be noted earlier that when KCR the Telangana CM came to meet Modi, the MPs visited various areas and scouted for lands for the construction of TRS party office here in Delhi. It was reported that the TRS chief would take a final decision over the land to be allocated.
The TRS MPs led by Jithendar Reddy have given a memorandum to the PM asking for the land of 1000 square yards. There are 17 MPs as of now for the TRS and they are eligible for the 1000 square yards lands here in Delhi for the party. Now with KCR concentrating on the Federal Front, there is every need for the party office in Delhi.
In this connection, RS member Santosh Kumar also impressed upon the PM Modi for the allocation of land at Delhi.
The construction of the office is scheduled to take place after Sankranthi and it will be completed in 3 months time it is learnt. Preparations are going on and once the land is allocated at Rajendra Prasad Marg the construction will begin and the office will be done in 3 months time.
