The TRS will have a separate part office in Hyderabad like all other districts. The revenue department of Telangana allotted 4935 square yards of land to TRS party’s Hyderabad district office.
This land is located in NBT Nagar, road number 12 Banjara Hills. According to the current market value, the land could cost somewhere between Rs 100 crore to Rs 150 crore and that’s huge.
A G.O. regarding the land allotment was served to the Hyderabad District Collector to inspect the land and take necessary steps.
The TRS party’s headquarters are located in the same location and it’s a swanky palace. The current allotment of land is just half kilometre away from the TRS Bhavan.
Soon the Hyderabad leaders will run the office from this place. Earlier they were running the show from the TRS Bhavan which has all the ultra-modern facilities.
