The high-level delegation sent by Telangana Government has arrived in Dubai on 27.09.2018 and was warmly welcomed at the Airport by the local Telangana associations.
The delegation visited the Sharjah and Dubai labour camps and met many Telangana amnesty seekers there.
The government of Telangana led by K Chandrasekhar Rao is arranging air tickets to the amnesty seekers. Yesterday evening about 200 immigrants from Telangana gathered at Open House stadium in Consulate of India and Consul General Sri Vipul has addressed the gathering.
The Telangana Delegation members also interacted with the amnesty seekers created awareness about Amnesty among the immigrants in Dubai.
The Telangana delegation, in association with Indian Consulate, is doing necessary facilitation to the migrants to return to their homeland.
More than 1000 immigrants are expected to avail the benefit of repatriation under the current UAE Amnesty program. This three month Amnesty program is open till October 31.
