Director Trivikram has failed with Mahesh we can say. The latest film Guntur Kaaram is a dud and it just runs on the steam of Mahesh and his stardom.
Mahesh and Sreeleela dance well for some songs. It is not a Mahesh film and not at all a Trivikram film we can say. There is a mixed reaction to the movie and so far Dil Raju has not made any press meets.
It was clear that they were upset with the outcome. But the collections are good they claim. The other movie Hanu-man is doing well and getting very good reviews.
It is better if Trivikram does some research and also soul-searching before making the next movie in his own direction. These days he wants to chew more than what he can bite.
The Kurchi Madatha is below the standard for a Mahesh movie. It looked as if Mahesh also stopped low to conquer. We can say that the movie is a forced hit in the career of Mahesh.
Lets hope he will stick to the script and the direction of SS Rajamouli for the next movie. Now Dil Raju must give more theatres to the better movie that is Hanu-Man.
Mahesh on the other hand made a cool 50 crore from this movie. He has been around this movie for the last two years. Several changes made, reshot and then delivered a flop.
