Train journey only from July?

If everything works out as per the Government plan, then there could a possibility of the Train Journey from July onwards as the things stand now.

However, the special trains carrying the workers from one place to another. The Indian Railways has clarified to the passengers that the tickets booked till the month of June will be cancelled and the fares will be refunded to them.

So there is no other way for the middle-class people, but to remain at home in case they are thinking about the Train Journey. It could be same with the flights also.

Only permitted an emergency passengers will be allowed from teh foreign countries to India as they are doing now. They have to observe the quarantine rules, get checked for the COVID and then go home.
