Tokens for Vaikunta darshan

TTD EO Sri Shyamala Rao disclosed that Tirupati and Tirumala Sarvadarshanam time slot tokens will be issued for Vaikunta Dwara darshan at Tirumala Srivari Temple from January 10 to 19.

EO said that for the first three days of January 10, 11 and 12, 1.20 lakh tokens will be issued from 5 am on January 9, and tokens will be issued the day before for the remaining days.

He along with the Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary inspected Ramachandra Pushkarini, Bhudevi Complex, Jeevakona High School, indira Municipal Grounds, Srinivasam, Vishnunivasam, Ramanaidu School in Bairagipatteda, M.R. Palli schools where counters are being set up in Tirupati (while in the community hall at Balaji Nagar in Tirumala for the Tirumala locals.)87 counters are being set up in 8 centers in Tirupati and 4 counters in Tirumala making a total of 91 counters, he said.

Adding further he said that the devotees should show their original Aadhaar card and get the tokens, and this time, slips with their photo identification will be issued to the devotees who got the tokens. Devotees without tokens will not be allowed for darshan of Srivaru during these 10 days, he maintained.

He explained that special queue lines and barricades are being set up in the areas where the counters are coming up, drinking water and toilets etc.,facilities are being provided to the waiting devotees.

Devotees with Sarvadarshan Tokens are requested to come to Tirumala at their allotted time only to have speedy and hassle-free Srivari Darshan. Later he conducted a meeting with officials at the TTD Administration building.

TTD JEO Smt. Gautami, District Collector Sri. Venkateshwar, District SP Sri Subbarayudu along with CVSO of TTD Sri Sridhar have also participated in the inspection.
