The Registrations for the non- agriculture properties has been reopened after a long time in the state of Telangana. We have to pay Rs 200 for the slot booking.
But today being Amavasya very few of them are coming forward for the said registration. The Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao very keen that the registrations are done in a transparent manner and that there is no corruption in the process.
He has also set up committee to look into the process of Registration. Property Tax number is a must for the registration. Only 24 of them have booked slots for the Registration today.
The Registration of the agriculture properties is on and now the registration for the non-agriculture properties will begin. Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar is looking into the developments of the registration department.
He is confident that 99 percent of the work is going on properly and if there are any technical glitches they will be sorted out. The payment of the fees also can be done online and there is no need of going to the Banks.
Registration, mutations and issue of the pass book will be done at the same place and everything can be done in an hours time in a single visit. Most of them who got the registrations done expressed their satisfaction.
