There is a talk in the opposition and also the political circles, that the Jagan Government which has reduced the ticket rates in the name of pleasing the poor people is now all set to hike the rates for the sake of heroes and big films.
Earlier Curfew was relaxed for running the second shows of Bangar Raju for Nagarjuna who is very close to Jagan. Now that Mahesh, Chinrajeevi and Prabahas along with Koratala and Rajamouli have met the CM as their films are getting ready for release.
They want the ticket rates to be hiked.
There is scope for the AP Government to help the film stars and the producers in general. Social media is full of comments against the policy of the Jagan Government.
Allowing special screening will also help the producers in a big way. Balakrishna and NTR who are also the pillars of the Telugu film industry are not in the delegation of Chiranjeevi. Manchu Vishnu the MAA chief is also not invited.
R Narayana Murthy, Posani Krishna Murali and Ali were with Jagan in advance. There is no one from the exhibitors and also the theatre’s management side.
There is no one to talk on behalf of the small films with Jagan here today. CM Jagan heard Chirnajeevi with folded hands and was smiling all the time.
Government secretary Praveen Prakash was following the discussions.
