Ticket rates case adjourned to February 10

The AP High court has postponed the cinema tickets rates issue to next month. Till such time the producers and exhibitors have to sell the tickets at a low rate prescribed by the AP Government.

The CM Jagan on his part has branded the people opposing the ticket rates as enemies of the common man. The low rates will benefit the common man by providing the entertainment at an affordable rate he stated.

RGV the controversial director said that the producer has every right to price his product suiting his needs and profits. Some producers are worried that the ticket rates in Telangana are very high.

So the Telugu movies releasing this month and next month will have to face losses in Andhra Pradesh. At the same time, the moviegoers might get reduced in the multiplexes of Telangana as the ticket rates are very high.

A movie ticket multiplex in a top-class will cost around Rs four hundred. This is very high. So there is a need for correction in AP and also in Telangana.
