Thumb is the future, and thumb is everything, one need not go digital said Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu. He was participating in a seminar on e-governance here at Visakhapatnam along with AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. Just with a thumb impression you can do all your financial transactions he said.
One may not have a mobile, but everyone has a thumb he said.
Supporting Modi and the BJP Government decision on demonetisation, Venkaiah said that the poor people are very happy with the decision and only few of them who are corrupt are against the demonetisation he explained.
He also complimented Chandrbabu and KCR the CMs of Telugu for taking steps to make a cash free society and there by keeping a check on the benami transations.
The time has come for complete transparency and he complimented all the Governments who are taking steps for the same.
He also said that the AP Government needs to be supported by the centre and that it was doing the same. He also said that in future people may not need the mobiles and if they need, Babu is one man who will provide the same he assured.
He complimented Babu for involving people in the digitisation programme and also the e-governance initiatives taken by the AP government from time to time.
