Baahubali -2 is in news for everything. It is coming on 28th. People say the tickets are over. Who sold the tickets in what form we dont know. But the booking are closed they say.

That is the euphori. Sources reveal that people like Salman Khan have postponed the promotional plans of his new movie. He and his marketing team are planning to have a short promotional campaign for the film Tubelight that would start only after the euphoria around Baahubali 2 takes a backseat.

In just 24 hours since its release, the highly anticipated trailer of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion has clocked a whopping 50 million views across four languages and has become the most viewed Indian film trailer.                              baahubali

Filmmaker Karan Johar, who is releasing the Hindi version of the film, tweeted on Friday: “Truly the biggest trailer ever. 50 million views. ‘Baahubali 2’ trailer.”

The movie that everybody was talking about is finally ready for release and people can’t stop raving about it! Yes, the current talk-of-the-town is director Rajamouli’s film Baahubali – The Conclusion. It’s been in the making for over 3 years and has been shot using Arri Alexa XT which is only utilized in big-budget Hollywood films. Baahubali is the most expensive Indian film to ever be made! They say the part 2 is more expensive and would recover more at the box office.

The makers of the film have left no stone unturned for promoting their film on social media. This subsequently gave a lot of additional hype around the film. It will be opened to over 5000 screens globally, the advance bookings for this film had people queuing up for days. Audience and critics are going mad about this film.

The movie is nothing short of a visual spectacle. With cutting-edge VFX and brilliant detailing, director Rajamouli has brought out an epic period film, in true Amar Chitra Katha Style. Right from the characterization, the way the characters have been styled, and the detailing in the film, is to be lauded. The jaw-dropping visual spectacle is a benchmark in Indian cinema.

The gripping war sequence between the Kalakeya’s and the Mahishmathi warriors, the stunning shots of the heavenly looking waterfall, and the massive city – all these sequences only prove how spectacular the VFX is. Indian cinema has witnessed a new high with Rajamouli’s imagination brought to life by Hollywood-like CG effects. Baahubali has definitely raised the standards of the Indian film industry. The visionary behind the film is director Rajamouli. Working tirelessly, the director’s execution is top notch. It’s great that he has dared to think like no one ever has. The director brought his love for Amar Chitra Katha alive by giving us this historical-drama. The story of this film is as old as a mountain, but the execution is what counts.His father has penned the story.

Baahubali boasts of never-seen-before stunts in Indian cinema! The reason is that, no other filmmaker has showcased a medieval age war sequence before. The epic blood-gore battle includes slash-in-the-throat sequences and iron balls, spears and boulders flying in mid-air.

This well-choreographed war sequence will surely grip you! Although, you may be reminded of scenes from 300 and The Mummy, what is superb is the way the director goes about telling the tale! The result is that you feel as if you’re in the battle-field witnessing this spectacle! It is brilliant! The cinematography and the art direction [by Senthil Kumar and Sabu Cyril add excellent effects to the film.

Ramya Krishna and Sathyaraj are the soul of this film! With their commanding screen presence, they’ll mesmerize you with their performance. Prabhas‘ commanding presence is brilliant. Now Anushka will add more glamor. In part one it was milky beuty Tamanna. Especially, in the scenes where he commands his army. It’s like the character was written for him! Rana Daggubati‘s hefty physique and fierce looks may remind you of the biblical character, Goliath.

Although we get to witness very little of Anushka, we’re glad that she has nailed her performance in part onewith her fierce expressions. But what’s truly brilliant about the women in this film, is how strong their roles are! They aren’t merely objects of desire or act as the king’s aide.Now it has to be seen what is in store for us with her in the part2.

While you’re watching this movie, a few scenes may give you involuntary body reactions called – Goosebumps! And the feeling is fantastic! A few noteworthy scenes include the sequence when the commoners finally see their old king Baahubali and call out his name. Within seconds, you’ll find yourself calling out the king’s name and cheering for Baahubali!
The stunt sequences mid-air is very well choreographed and performed brilliantly by Peter Heins.

Overall, you shouldn’t watch this film only for it’s story. The film is to be experienced and celebrated. The sheer guts and ability of the director to execute his vision is laudable. This is a triumph of ideas and imagination, brought to life by Rajamouli and his hardworking team! We’re sure you’re as amazed and are waiting for Baahubali-2.
