The Maharshi actor will next be seen in Guntur Karam the highly anticipated film that is being directed by Trivikram. The film is set for release next year and has been in the news since its beginning stages.
The cast and crew of Gundur Kaaram have kept changing since it was announced, which has only increased the hype for the film.
Hopefully, the film will give a clean hit to the superstar, comparable to the likes of Dookudu and Pokiri. The very first schedule was canceled as Mahesh did not like the action scenes shot at Annapurna studios in an AC set.
Putting Ram Laxman aside the director went for new fight masters, but the output was not satisfactory. There was an issue with Thaman the music director also.
The very first look of the movie looked like a shot from Pokiri. Trivikram is also known for lifting themes and scenes from other movies.
His inspiration could be from Hollywood also. Sometimes he lifts from the oldest movies in Tollywood. His Ala Vaikuntapuramulo was from Raju -Peda the movie of senior NTR where the King moves to poor people’s house and the poor boy moves to the palace.
So Trivikram is a great rehash king. Even Mani Ratnam rehashed the movie Godfather several times.
