People say the yellow of egg or yolk is bad.Do not to throw the yolk. It is rich in Vitamin A, D, E, K, B12 and contains an array of essential nutrients.

Yolks are also avoided because of the fear of rising cholesterol levels, but they contain dietary cholesterol that is good for your health. ‘Studies have shown that dietary cholesterol isn’t harmful to the body. In fact, it raises the levels of good HDL cholestero.
High levels of HDL cholesterol reduces chances of suffering from heart diseases. Moreover, compared to other animal products, the average egg actually contains relatively low amounts of saturated fats – approximately 1.6 grams per egg yolk.
So have the egg on the whole, it is good for everything. Dont throw away anything. Boil it, fry it or whatever you do. Eat the entire unit happily.
