The traditional Koilalwar Tirumanajam to clean the surroundings of the TTD has begun today. Some of the board members have participated in the event. This is like the beginning for the Brahmostsavams at the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams.
Today the darshan is closed till 11 and the Balajis Darshan would resume by noon from 12noon according to the officials. On the other hand, K Chandrasekhar Rao the Telangana Chief Minister has complemented the chief Minister Jagan and also the TTD Chairman SV Subbareddy that everything on the temple was going as per traditions and that the common man was being benefited in the process.
The Brahmotsavams would be held from 30th September to October 8th. CM KCR has been invited for the Brahmotsavams.
The Schedule for Brahmotsavams:
1. The procession of Peddaseshavahanam on 30th.
2. Procession on Hamsa Vahan called Chinna Sesha Vahanam on 1st October.
3. Simha Vahana Seva on 2nd October.
4. Kalpa Vruksha sarva Bhupala Vahana on 3rd October.
5. Mohini Avathrama and Garudavahana seva on 4th Oct.
6. Hanumantha Gajavahana seva on 5th October.
7.Surya Prabha and Chandra Prabha vahanam on 6th OCT.
8. Rathotsavam and Ashwavahana seva on 7nth OCT.
9. End of Brahamhotsavam with Chakrsnanam.
