After losing 4 MP seats to the BJP, in the state, the TRS is not taking the municipal elections easily. The party is sure of getting the majority but KTR the working President wants to make it doubly sure that there will be no flaws in the end.
The MLAs have been instructed to lay the roads and complete all the development works before the election notification. The elections will be held by this month-end. On the other hand, the membership drive has been completed and the party has about 60 lakh active membership.
The Congress is nowhere in the race and the BJP is trying to create some kind of Hungama in the Municipal elections. The TDP is in the ICU. But the TRS is not leaving any stone unturned for better results this time. They do not want to take any chance like the MP elections.
The MIM and the TRS will fight the elections again together. But the BJP leader and Union Minister of Home for state Kishan Reddy said that the fight will be between MIM and the BJP.
They were shocked to lose the MP seats of Vinod Kumar and Kavitha in the MP elections earlier. With this experience, they are not taking any chances.
Now KTR is using the social media extensively from the party side to gain the public confidence and counter the onslaught of the opposition. Once the membership program ends, the in-charges for the respective areas have been nominated by the party working President KTR.
