Undavalli Arun Kumar the former MP and the Congress leader is unhappy with the financial condition of the Jagan Government. He said that the total outstanding of the Government is around 6 lakh crore.

He reeled out various outstanding of the various chief Ministers. He said that Rosaiah borrowed around 25000 crore and now it is lakhs of crores he explained.

What is happening to the income he questioned. He was addressing the media where the media asked him about the debts and borrowings of the YCP Government.

Undavalli stated that this is the worst period for any Government that he has seen in his lifetime. All these debts were made with certain terms and conditions imposed by the government of India and Undavalli said that the Jagan government bowed before the Centre. “Recently the GoI proposed a ‘One Nation One Ration Card.’ If this is brought to implementation, sixty percent of beneficiaries from AP will be wiped out.

The GoI has come up with a Municipal tax and it would decide the percentage and in return, it (GoI) would pay half percent of a state’s GDP.

The GoI wanted metres to be assembled for free power schemes.

Many states including BJP ruled have disagreed with these conditions. Telangana CM KCR criticised the Modi government on these three proposals while Jagan government accepted them,” said Undavalli.
