An International Conference Advances in Biology and Medicine jointly organized by Higher Education Wing of TS & TTWREIS Gurkulam at Kanha Shanti Vanam in association with Telangana Life Sciences; FABA & Heartfulness Education Trust is being held from 21-23 Febraury, 2023.
14 speakers from National and International premier Universities and Research institutions are going to address 750 delegates including faculty; researchers and students on latest advances in the field of Biosciences and pharmacy.
The Day 3 of International conference Advances in biology and Medicine BioMe 23 started with meditation and interaction with Daaji where the invited speakers of BioMe23 posed few queries on power of meditation and its positive outcomes.
Before valedictory, the session was engaged by Dr.Vinay K. Nandicoori, Director, CCMB, he enlightened the delegates on vaccines, their efficacy and challenges ahead as new variants of viruses are fast evolving leading to pandemics; quoting example of COVID 19 virus and its various mutants.
The Valedictory Lecture was delivered by Dr. Rakesh Mishra, Director, Tata Institute for Genetics and Society. He spoke about One Health’ concept as proposed in G20 Summit. He summed up that role of municipalities plays a key role in bringing awareness about maintaining Hygiene and taking appropriate measures to check various disease causing organisms. He stressed that municipalities should conduct awareness programs.
The 3 day International Conference BioMe23 concluded with presentation of awards to winners of Paper and Poster presentations and certificate distribution.
