Swami Paripoornananda is also set to become the other Yogi to enter Telangana politics soon. We have a Yogi in place already as CM for Uttar Pradesh . He was the election for BJP. In the same fashion, Amit Shah wants to rope in Swami Paripoornanda into Telangana politics.
This Swamy was earlier sent out of the state by the Telangana government to avoid some law and order problem in Hyderabad. Later he was allowed into the city in the issue of Kathi Mahesh about his comments against Lord Rama.
Now the latest is that he met Amit Shah and all set to contest on the BJP ticket and tour the entire length and breadth of Telangana. It is reported that he could be projected as the CM candidate for Telangana for BJP.
He has a good number of followers as per the religious sentiment.It has to be seen if people would like him in politics or not. Religious preaching and politics are two different things.
Uppal MLA NVSS Prabhakar is the follower of Swamy and earlier he has hinted that Paripoornanada might contest from Telangana with the BJP ticket. It has to be seen how far the people will accept him.
