The multipurpose ATMs

ATMs are used as places to drink, to make love, some times as trial rooms where people sell clothes on roads so on and so forth. Here we can see dogs using the AC facility .

Why this is happening is that there is no cash in the ATMs and no customers now come to the ATMs for cash. So dogs un- social elements , youngsters are using them in different forms.
